I've been experiencing "blood-shot" eyes after my friend's wedding last week.. perhaps i wore contact lenses for too long a period or some dust particles got into my eyes & got irritated. Since then, I sense that my vision hasn't been very clear :(
sometimes, an object seems blurred from a distance but quite clear when it's near.. something must be wrong with my glasses or eyesight! yes, I've been wearing spectacles over the week (to allow my eyes to rest). watching TV and reading newspapers/magazines at late hours is tiring ~_~ stamina has dropped, haha.. can't help but my eyelids are closing; signal to sleep early! Maybe I should STOP using the computer that much! and practise some eye exercise in office :p
